3S have been a fantastic partner during our recent expansion. They have managed the site, all of the trades as well as being the electrical contractor during the fitout of our new 25,400 sq ft facility.

Highlights have been a 60 dBA, 25m x 15m x 9m acoustic wall, bespoke concrete trenching with footplates, lots of unusual high power electrical requirements and 100m of perimeter fencing.

Nothing was too much trouble even when we had to make changes part way through the project and this all happened during the coronavirus pandemic.

I would recommend 3S as they are very flexible, friendly and you will get 100% value for money.

If I was to highlight three qualities that I have witnessed from the top to the bottom of this organisation over the 2019 British Grand Prix, they are: commitment, professionalism and customer focus.

I just wanted to personally thank you and your guys for the great job they have done at the Clubhouse over the past few months. It looked so good at the weekend and the feedback was very positive from our Members.

We honestly couldn't be happier - they guys have done such an amazing job and the whole atmosphere on site has been amazing, we really are going to miss them! And the quality of work has been exceptional.
